Winger/attacking midfielder who joined the Pitmen from league rivals Redditch United in September 2021

Walsall-born Tilt started his career as a junior at West Bromwich Albion and signed his first professional contract at The Hawthorns in July 2016. He was loaned to Vanarama National League side Torquay United in August 2016 and made a handful of appearances at Plainmoor, but was recalled in October after failing to get enough game time for the Gulls

At the end of the 2016-2017 season, Tilt was released at the end of his deal and signed for Championship side Queens Park Rangers on a two-year deal. He played regularly for the R's U23 side during the 2017-2018 season but failed to break into the first team picture the following season and was released at the end of his deal in the summer of 2019

Tilt returned to his native Midlands in September 2019 and joined Southern Premier League Central Stourbridge, where he impressed with his pace and skill as the Glassboys challenged for the title until the season was brought to a halt in March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic

His form for Stour attracted interest from higher up the football pyramid, with National League Macclesfield Town signing the player in September 2020. However, it was to prove a short spell at Moss Rose as the Silkmen folded before the start of the new season and left Tilt to return to the West Midlands once more to join Tamworth in October 2020 for another short spell

A return to Stourbridge was in the offing at the end of October 2020 where he remained as the season was once again brought to an early halt in February 2021 due to the ongoing pandemic. Tilt joined league rivals Redditch United during the close season and played in all five of the Reds' league games at the start of the 2021-2022 Southern Premier League Central campaign before joining the Pitmen ahead of their F.A. Cup tie against Cleethorpes Town
