Teenage centre-back who made the switch to Keys Park from league rivals Stourbridge in February 2022
A talented left-footed centre-back who came through the ranks at the Amblecote, making his debut during the 2020-2021 season as a substitute in the Glassboys' F.A. Trophy game against Stamford in October 2020. Any further progress was halted shortly afterwards as the season was brought to an end due to the coronavirus pandemic
At the start of the 2021-2022 season, Portman joined West Midlands (Regional) Division One side Dudley Town for a spell, making seven appearances before returning to Stourbridge. In recent times, he has spent time at both Leicester City and Stoke City on trial before playing for Stourbridge in their 3-0 win at Keys Park in the Birmingham Senior Cup in January 2022
The following month, the youngster made the switch to Keys Park as the Pitmen's latest defensive acquisition
