LUKE ROWE | MIDFIELD
PLAYER BIO
Young midfielder who joined the Pitmen from league rivals Redditch United in June 2022
A former trainee at Wolves alongside Todd Parker, Rowe was released by the Molineux club in January 2017 and joined Coventry City later on in the year, playing regularly for their U18 side and captaining the Sky Blues on occasions over the next two seasons
After his release from the Ricoh Arena in the summer of 2019, Rowe linked up with Halesowen Town for a short spell before making the move to Coleshill Town for a similarly short stop with the Bards. In November 2019, Rowe made the move to Midland Premier League side Worcester City, where he remained until the season was brought to a halt due to the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020
Rowe returned to Coleshill in the summer of 2020 and was ever-present for the Colemen in the opening stages of the season, until once again the pandemic shut non-league football down in October 2020 and the season was voided
The 2021-2022 season saw Rowe start the campaign at Racing Club Warwick but soon returned to step three with Redditch, making over thirty appearances for the Reds in midfield as Matt Clarke's side just managed to avoid relegation at the end of the season
In June 2022, Rowe was reunited with Parker in the Hednesford midfield as he made the switch from the Valley Stadium to the PRG Stadium @ Keys Park for the 2022-2023 season
