Well-travelled and experienced striker who joined the Pitmen from National League North side Hereford in February 2025

Born in Jamaica but educated in the West Midlands, Rose was a junior at local side Pelsall Villa before joining Heasther St. John in December 2016 after a handful of games for Pelsall. He scored ten times in twenty-six starts for the Leicestershire-based club and earned himself a trial at League Two strugglers Grimsby Town in December 2016, signing an eighteen-month contract at Blundell Park

After a year in the Mariners reserve side, Rose was handed his first-team debut by Grimsby in an EFL Cup game against Rochdale in August 2018. In order to continue his development, Rose was loaned to National League side Boston United in September 2018 for a month, scoring twice in three starts for the Pilgrims

Rose made his League Two debut in October 2018 against Port Vale, scoring his first professional goal the following month with a superb strike to win a game against Crawley Town. 2019-2020 saw the young striker in and out of the side, being used mainly as a substitute by the perennial strugglers and scoring twice more

At the end of his deal at Grimsby, Rose dropped into non-league once more with a move to National League side Dover Athletic. Goals were hard to come by at The Crabble, with only two in eleven starts before the season was voided due to the COVID pandemic

July 2021 saw Rose move down the south coast to join another National League side in the form of newly-promoted Weymouth. It proved to be a tough season for the Terras at step one, with Rose also struggling for game time and sent out to Southern Premier League South side Wimborne Town on a month's loan in December 2021

Weymouth were relegated back to National League South in May 2022, with Rose remaining with other Terras for the 2021-2022 season. This was to prove to be a far more prolific season for the striker as he grabbed fifteen goals to help Weymouth to a lowly nineteenth place at the end of the season

Rose elected to make the move to Scotland in July 2023, joining Scottish Championship side Ayr United on a two-year contract. Despite a good goals-to-starts ratio of five in nine, Rose was used mainly as a substitute by Ayr in his first season before being loaned out to League One side Hamilton Academical towards the end of the second season, where he hit an incredible run of form that saw him score eight times in ten starts to help the Accies to a second place finish in League One and promotion via the play-offs after beating Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the final

A return to England in August 20214 saw a move to National League North side Hereford, where he scored a clutch of goals early on before falling out of favour at Edgar Street and ending up a regular bench warmer. With the Pitmen looking to bolster their flagging attack and revive their push for promotion from the Northern Premier League West, they moved to bring the striker to the club, bringing Rose back to his Pelsall roots. After scoring a fine goal on his debut at Wythenshawe, Rose grabbed three more goals - including the opener in the play-off semi-final win over Vauxhall Motors - to help the Pitmen to promotion glory, beating Congleton Town in the final

Rose was quick to agree a new deal with the Pitmen for the 2025-2026 season and hit the ground running with ten goals in his first twelve starts to establish himself as one of the top scorers in the league
