Young striker with plenty of step four experience who joined the Pitmen from league rivals Clitheroe in March 2024

Stoke born and a trainee at Port Vale from a young age, Bailey signed his first professional contract with Vale in July 2020. after a year in the Vale U21 side, Bailey stepped into the first team early on in the 2021-2022 season as he made his one and only appearance for the senior side as a late substitute in an EFL Cup game against Sunderland

In March 2022, the teenager was loaned out to local side Newcastle Town, where he saw out the 2021-2022 season before being released at the end of his Port Vale contract. In November 2022, he joined Vanarama National League side Altrincham but was immediately loaned back to hometown club Hanley Town, where he remained until March 2023. His form at Potteries Park was impressive, grabbing four goals in ten starts

In March 2023, Bailey was loaned out once more, this time to Hanley's league rivals Mossley on a loan spell until the end of the season. He failed to score in eight starts but his form was enough for Mossley to offer him a permanent deal in June 20923 after his release from Altrincham

After spending the first half of the season in and out of the Liywhites side, Bailey joined another Northern Premier League West side in the form of Clitheroe. Bailey made two starts for the Lancashire side before linking up with former manager Paul Moore once more in March 2024 with a move to Hednesford
