Montserrat international left-back who joined the Pitmen in July 2026 after a spell at League Two side Gillingham

A former member of the Blackburn Rovers youth system, Cirino signed his first professional contract with Rovers in 2021, making a handful of appearances as a substitute but failed to break into the first team for the Championship side over a three-season period

After departing Ewood Park in the summer of 2024, Cirino was called up to the Montserrat national team for the first time, making his first of four appearances in a World Cup qualifier against Nicaragua

Domestically, Cirino joined Blackburn's Northern Premier League West neighbours Clitheroe in September 2024 on a season-long deal, making fifteen starts in what proved to be a disappointing campaign for the much-fancied Blues

After leaving Clitheroe at the end of the 2024-2025 season, Cirino trialled for League Two outfit Gillingham and impressed sufficiently to earn himself a short-term deal ahead of the 2025-2026 season. Despite being used mainly as a substitute, Cirino enjoyed a run in the Gills first team towards the end of the season as they narrowly avoided relegation with a seventeenth-place finish

After leaving Gillingham in May 2026, Cirino was announced as the Pitmen's tenth new face of the 2026-2027 pre-season in July 2026 as they continued to build a new squad for their National League North campaign
